Fancy hatching out your own chicken eggs? We have a wide range of egg laying birds on the smallholding and we produce a range of hatching eggs ideal for hatching at home, we deliver these hatching eggs to the whole of the UK. Order these if you are happy to have a mix of birds, we will always try and give you a really nice different selection of egg colours, so that you will get a real variety. For postage, we only sell in multiples of 6 eggs, this is because the polysterene boxes they are packaged in only come with 6 holes.

For collection only, you can select any amount of eggs, as these are supplied in cardboard boxes or trays. 

Price is £2 per egg, select any number you want, we will have them ready for you to collect, or we can post. 

However, please be aware that these are "Farmyard Mix" we don't know who has been mating with who in the farmyard.... we have Buff Orpingtons, Brahmas, Faverolles, Arucana, Bluebells, Marans, Leghorns, to name just a few, all in with each other. In the words of Forrest Gump "It's like a box of chocolates - you just don't know what you are gonna get" ... What we can say is that you are likely to get a very high hatch rate, as there is plenty of love to go round....

In December and January our ladies lay less eggs than usual - this means that our dispatch times are usually around 3 working days. Please align your expectations with the speed our ladies can lay, they are living creatures and will lay when they feel like it. :~)
