Our Blue Grey Poland point-of-lay (POL) hens are now available to order now, and are so cute and so delicate your will fall in love with them. These unique hens, with their soft grey bodies and striking white crests, are an excellent choice for ornamental keepers. Polands are best kept in small, dedicated flocks or introduced carefully over several weeks or months. At 17–18 weeks old, these hens are fully vaccinated and will begin laying small white eggs at around 24 weeks. Our Poland hens are alreadY in mixed flocks with other bantams and gentle, calm birds.

For a smoother transition when bringing new hens home, we highly recommend getting a poultry drink, something similar to this, (available on Amazon - or your local pet shop), when purchasing pure-breed chickens. Moving to a new home and flock can be stressful, and using a drink like this can make a real difference in helping them settle in by giving them a boost of energy and vitamins.

All livestock, including chickens, turkeys, quails, and rabbits have to be collected in person. We do not offer delivery on ANY livestock.

We DO offer delivery on all of our hatching eggs, these are sent by Royal Mail.
