These birds are available to order and collect mid/late September, however there is limited stock available so don't hesitate to order and reserve your bird. Our Lilac Splash birds are always popular as they are absolutely unique, each and every one. They are predominantly a grey bird, but each one has darker grey feather specks running throughout the feathers. You can select the exact bird you like once you get to our smallholding, some people prefer lots of dark bits, some people like less. They are all gorgeous I think and I think you will too. Only limited numbers available so please order early to guarantee supply. 

Egg colour is a creamy off white.  

You can expect approx. 300+ eggs per year. 

Your hen may start to lay at around 18-20 weeks old, she will be laying at 50% capacity by the time she is 22 weeks old, and will be at full laying capacity at around 30 weeks old.
