Our Pekin hatching eggs are now open for early reservation, with the first fresh batches expected to start dispatching from mid March 2026. Pekins can be a little unpredictable with their winter laying, so if our girls begin producing earlier than usual, we’ll contact you straight away to offer an earlier delivery window. All eggs are collected to order from clean, well-managed breeding pens.
We’ve been posting fertile eggs for many seasons, and every parcel is packed with real care: eggs are cushioned inside polystyrene egg boxes, placed within strong cardboard outers, and sent via tracked UK delivery. Local collection is also available and usually gives the very best hatch success. Fertility usually averages around 80%, and posted hatch rates of about 50% are completely normal for transported eggs.

A quick breeder’s note while you’re here: once your eggs arrive, let them rest for 24 hours before incubating so the air cells can settle properly after travel.
Weekly quantities are limited to ensure good rotation from our Pekin hens, so early bookings are always prioritised. If you’re browsing for mixed hatches, we also keep other breeds from time to time — including Silkie, Orpington, and Brahma — depending on the hatching egg availability.
