We breed our flock of Poland Chickens here on the smallholding, and they have recently all hatched gorgeously cute baby Poland chicks, these are now available to buy. We have a selection of different coloured Polands, you are welcome to select your own chicks when you come - the choice will be whatever the baby Poland Chicks are that have hatched. We have Gold Lace Polands, Chamois Polands, as well as the rare pure white, and the black with white pom poms. (we call those Poland chicks Cruella from the Disney programme)

As it is next to impossible to sex these Polish Chicks, they are sold unsexed, although you are welcome to try and guess when you are here. The Poland chicks live with our newly hatched Silkie chicks, so you can always get a mixture of a few of each, just add the Silkie chicks to your basket too. 

Our day old chicks will need a heat source until they are fully feathered, usually this is around 4 weeks old. They cannot go fully outside in the winter until they are 6 weeks old. In the summer, they can go out much earlier. 

Our day old chicks maybe called day old chicks, but in reality, they can be anything from one day old, up to 3 weeks old, it depends on when you order as to the age of the chick. You can always phone or text and ask us. 

We do not sell single chicks, are day old chicks are sold in a pair as a minimum, they really do need the company of another chick, so a solo chick would not do very well.
