Our fertile Silkie eggs are carefully packed in polystyrene shippers inside strong cardboard outers, then sent via tracked UK delivery for peace of mind. You’re also very welcome to collect locally — a great option if you want to give your hatch rate the very best possible start. Fertility generally runs around 80%, with posted hatch success averaging about 50%, which is perfectly normal for mailed eggs and something we’ve found consistently over many seasons of breeding and posting.
