Norfolk Black table turkey poults, an attractive bird and friendly too, we rear these for their great flavour at Christmas, and they are also wonderful as pets too. (although they can get big). These are now off heat and available to collect from Saturday 27th July 2024.

By December, anticipate your turkey hens to weigh between 5-7 kg, with stags slightly larger at 6-8 kg. Given their curious and sometimes mischievous nature, we advise ordering an extra poult as a safeguard - they do get themselves into trouble or as a gift for family and friends.

As they grow, we suggest feeding with Turkey Rearer and finally to a Turkey Finisher to achieve the desired weight for the festive season. These birds also relish a varied diet including vegetables, insects, berries, and nuts. If kept as pets, they are content with layers pellets, and whatever other bits they can forage free ranging. 

Please note that the cost of these Turkeys poults increases every week - and if you order and do not collect that week, ht away we charge 25p per bird, per day rearing fee.
