These fertile meat quail hatching eggs come from a Giant XL breeding group, sourced from one of the leading commercial hatcheries in France. Known for their rapid growth and impressive size, these birds are ideal for anyone looking to raise quail for meat production.

Shipping & Hatch Rate Guidance
Eggs are carefully handled and dispatched from our smallholding in East Sussex (BN8 6JD). You’re very welcome to collect in person if preferred. Once shipped, quail hatching eggs generally achieve hatch rates of 60% to 80% when incubated correctly. Please note that vibrations and handling during postal transit may affect hatch rates, so we recommend ordering a few extra eggs to allow for any losses.

Incubation & Care Information
Storage Before Incubation: Keep eggs in a cool, stable environment and place in the incubator within 5 days of dispatch.
Incubation Time: Quail eggs usually hatch after 17–18 days when maintained at 37.5°C with appropriate humidity. However, this larger strain can take upto 20 days to hatch. 
Group Size Recommendation: We suggest hatching at least five chicks together for a content and harmonious group.
